Gentle Sound Bath

Costa Blanca

You lie on a mat under a blanket. There’s nothing you need to do, you simply receive. Crystal and alchemy bowls, chimes, harmonium, drum and my voice fill the room layer by layer, and your body slowly shifts from doing to being. Many people tell me afterwards it was the deepest rest they’ve had in a long time.

Perfect for

  • Retreats & wellness events
  • Communities & group gatherings
  • Private groups & celebrations

The experience

  • A calm start to settle in
  • Crystal & alchemy bowls, chimes, harmonium, drum, voice
  • Time afterwards to come back slowly

Mantra Chanting

Costa Blanca

Mantra chanting is one of the oldest ways people have found to quiet the mind. Sometimes I sing a line and the group sings it back, and sometimes we all sing together. The repetition makes it easy to join in, and after a while the thinking stops and you simply sing. Sound brings us together and takes us back to a feeling of unity and connection.

Perfect for

  • Retreats & women’s circles
  • Yoga studios
  • Events & community gatherings

The experience

  • Breath and voice warm-up
  • Singing together and call and response
  • Silence and gentle sound to close

Private sound experience

An experience just for you

Just for you · Or the two of you

A private sound experience is time that is fully yours. You arrive in a calm space where the mat, the blanket and the instruments are already waiting for you.

You can come on your own, with your partner, a friend or your family.

  • A space set up for you

A quiet, cosy space with candles and soft blankets, where you can let go and simply receive.

  • Sound close to your body

The instruments are played near you, so you can feel the vibration as well as hear it.

  • Led by the sound

I feel into your energy and let the instruments do the work, so they can create what you are ready to receive.

Questions

Before you arrive

If your question isn’t answered here, just ask. There are no silly questions.

Not at all. Sound baths and mantra circles are open to everyone. You don’t need to meditate, sing or “do” anything. Just come as you are.

Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. When the session takes place at a venue, mats, cushions, blankets and eye pillows are there for you. When we gather outside in nature, please bring your own mat, blanket and cushion. I’ll always let you know beforehand.

Yes. I travel throughout the Costa Blanca to hold sound baths and mantra circles at retreats, studios, women’s circles and private gatherings. At a retreat I can open or close the programme, or hold a session on any day in between.

Yes. You can book a private sound experience on your own, as a couple or with a small group of friends or family. It’s also a lovely thing to do while you’re on holiday here. Send me a message and we’ll find a day that works.

Sound baths are gentle, but if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker or another medical condition, please mention it so we can adapt. Sound work complements but never replaces medical care.

Send a message via the contact form or WhatsApp with a few details about your group, date and venue. I’ll reply personally to shape a session that fits.
